Conveyance of real property etc.

During the recent decade the area for business premises has been subject to substantial changes among other things as a a consequence of new foreign types of agreements and standards for conveyance of business premises.

Types of agreements such as leasing, sail and lease back, franchising etc. has supervened and now supplement the set of agreements previously valid.

These new conditions have called for adjustments and at the same time moved the frames of existing conditions of agreement.

We assist in all legal aspects of conveyance of real property, and our advisory services cover all aspects of purchase and sale of both business and investment properties, also including the above-mentioned types of agreements, which has gained ground in Denmark.

Any set of agreement will be subject to a thorough due diligence based on the property's specific conditions and the qualifications and expectations drawn up by the involved parties.
